July 13, 2020: Sealcoating of Walkpath from Setter Run Lane to Autumnwood Drive
B&B Sealcoating is scheduled to complete sealcoating of the asphalt walkpath from Setter Run Lane to Autumnwood Drive on Tuesday, July 14th. This will be roped off while drying and we ask neighbors to be conscious of the work and following time to cure prior to use.
May 8, 2020: Resumption of Community Inspections/ ARC Reminders/ Hunter's Chase Park Update
As an update to the previous announcement made on April 15th, your Executive Board and our office will resume monthly community inspections in the middle of May; weather dependent. As the stay-at-home order in Centre County is being lifted to yellow beginning next week, this will allow our office to review the community, present to the Executive Board any concerns, and submit reminder notices to community members. Please note that beginning with the mid-June inspection, fineable actions will receive applicable charges per the Governing Documents of SFHFPHC. As a reminder, please review the Covenant Reminder Notice of common concerns occurring in the community.
For the Hunter's Chase Parklet; the Association is currently following the current reopening schedules from Centre Region Parks and Recreation per movement into the yellow phase as follows:
Parks with Pavilions: Starting Monday, May 11, park pavilions will be available for drop-in use only during yellow status. Families or small groups of 25 or less can drop-in to the pavilions for small, informal gatherings. While visiting a pavilion, masks are recommended and patrons should sit apart from each other, using the social distancing guidelines.
Playgrounds: During yellow status, ALL playgrounds in Centre Region parks and on State College Area School District facilities remain closed for the safety of our patrons. Playgrounds will not open until Centre County reaches green status.
Park Trails: Park trails remain open during yellow status. Trail users should continue to spread out using social distancing guidelines, and everyone should wear protective masks.
Also, as we move into Spring and Summer, we wanted to send out a reminder to all members that Exterior Changes to your home and/or landscaping must be submitted to the Association Executive Board prior to start of the project. April 15, 2020: Extension of Covenant Violation Inspections
As many of you are aware, our office has been working with your Executive Board monthly to address those homes not abiding by the attached covenants. Please note that your Executive Board following the CDC recommendations and they have authorized that all fineable actions due to covenant violations that are not urgent health or safety violations be suspended until 30 days after the Governor lifts the stay-at-home ban.
Our office and your Board are continuously monitoring the ever-changing recommendations and will reevaluate this date as more information is distributed to the public. Our office is working remotely and will be attempting response as fast a possible during this time. Please stay safe and we do wish everyone health and peace during this time.
March 30, 2020: Hunter's Chase Playground Temporarily Closed
Following the stay-at-home order by Pennsylvania Governor and the CRPR closing of the region's playgrounds, the Hunter's Chase playground will be closed beginning on Monday, March 30th. Signs have been posted on location and we do ask that everyone follow this important closure to do their part in slowing the spread of COVID-19.

Letters for the month were delivered over the weekend on an automated system and were unfortunately delivered this past weekend during the announcement of pandemic. Please note that we have spoken with your Executive Board following the CDC recommendations and they have authorized that all fineable actions due to covenant violations be suspended until at least April 30th, 2020. Our office and your Board are continuously monitoring the ever-changing recommendations and will reevaluate this date as more information is distributed to the public.
